Based at Challengers’ Guildford Stoke Park Centre, The Hub offers informal drop-ins, coffee and craft sessions, workshops and events to encourage peer-to-peer support, helping families feel better connected and less isolated.

We can offer one-to-one sessions to support families with specific issues – this could be benefit claims, EHCP questions or general support and advice.

We also run regular Family Fun Days from our Guildford and Farnham centres. These are free and open to everyone.

The Hub is here to support families, provide early intervention and better access to information and advice.

It also offers a free book exchange, so you can pop in anytime The Hub is open to exchange a book or two!

What’s on at The Hub?

Please keep an eye on our calendar of events and feel free to pop into The Hub during any of our drop-in sessions, sign up to our online sessions here or you can contact us by phone or email.

Our families will lead on how The Hub supports them with parents, carers and young people identifying their needs and aspirations for the service.

If you have any thoughts of what you would like to see at The Hub, please get in touch by phone 01483 961962 or email thehub@disability-challengers.org

The Hub is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund:
