Challengers is a charity that gives disabled children and young people the opportunity to play, have fun, and make friends in a safe and supportive environment.

We support children aged 2 – 18 at our Pre-schools, Playschemes and Youthschemes across the South East of England.

About Challengers

Why play?

We believe that play is vital for every child’s happiness and development.

It’s important for cognitive, physical, social, and mental wellbeing, and helps children to build confidence, self-esteem, creativity and to learn how to interact with others. Not to mention, it’s fun! But too many disabled children miss out on play…that’s where Challengers comes in.
