What is it?
The Twilight Runway Challenge is a fun, family-friendly event which takes place along the airstrip of Blackbushe Airport (once the flights have stopped landing)!
You can run, walk, cycle, scoot or skateboard your way round the 3km, 5km or 10km route.
You also have the option to take part and raise vital funds for a local charity or school of our choice. Simply choose Challengers as your cause, set up an online fundraising page and share it with friends/family/colleagues.
How does it work?
- Gates open 4.00pm, and the event starts 5.30pm
- The price is £23 for adults, £11-16 for children (5-17), £6 for preschoolers (0-5) and £54 for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There is no minimum fundraising target, but we suggest setting up your own fundraising page for Challengers on Just Giving, Virgin Money Giving, or Facebook.
- All participants will receive a goodie bag and a finisher’s medal!
- The event would not be possible without generous sponsors, which covers the event costs and enables 100% of fundraising to go to local causes.
