Challengers Playschemes are places for disabled and non-disabled children aged 4 to 12 to make new friends and try lots of fun activities. They run at weekends, after school and during the school holidays all through the year at our play centres and community venues.
We always have lots of highly trained staff at our Playschemes so when you leave your child with us, you know they’ll always have someone to play with. We also have spaces for children who need a higher level of support, including children with complex medical conditions. Our non-exclusion policy means that we will always find a way to make sure that every child can come to Challengers.
What facilities are there at a Challengers Playscheme?
Each Playscheme has ‘areas’ set up for play. These include areas for art, noisy and active play (bouncy castles, soft play and rough and tumble), outside space for accessible bikes, trikes, go karts, ball games, sand and water play and mucking about as well as quiet space for curling up with a book and stories.
We currently run Playschemes in Alton, Basingstoke, Eastleigh, Esher, Farnham, Guildford and Kingston.
