The Challengers Trustee Board is responsible for the overall governance of the charity. Our Trustees have a wide range of skills, backgrounds, and experience to support us on everything from accountancy to communications.

  • Safeguarding Trustee
    Safeguarding Trustee: Guildford

    The Safeguarding Trustee is a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the disabled children and young people who access Challengers’ services. Sitting on the Board of Trustees, the post-holder will shape Challengers’ strategic plans and chair operational meetings to review how staff and volunteers at Challengers are implementing safeguarding measures, collaborating with the CEO and Designated Safeguarding Lead to improve it’s practices.
