Chef David and the Lakeside Restaurant team challenge two lucky winners to a day of chocolate creations and delectation. The winning bidder will get to spend the morning with Chef David learning a range of skills in tempering, colouring, moulding and presenting chocolate which will culminate in a chocolate creation that is truly out of this world. Following this the winners will be invited to dine in the Lakeside Restaurant where they can choose a starter and a main from a selection of seasonally inspired dishes…finished off with their very own chocolate creation for dessert.
