These runs are set across the beautiful South Downs National Park with picturesque views of the surrounding area including the North Downs, Chichester Harbour and the Isle of Wight.
Starting at Goodwood, this route will take you along forest tracks and the iconic South Downs Way before finishing with a downhill run back toward East Dean and back to Goodwood.
With a mixture of forest fire roads, bridleways and single-track trails to keep you motivated, the South Downs Trail Run is one of the South’s must-do trail runs.
