Challengers is searching for a Service Manager responsible for service delivery for the Play and Youthschemes at Guildford and Kingston. You will be passionate about the services Challengers delivers, able to challenge the norm and have the vision to take our services to new levels. We are looking for a strategic leader who brings a track record of working with children and young people.
