What's going on
Guildford Cathedral Abseil 2020
This event has now been moved to Saturday 8th August!
All participants will be emailed with further information. We will closely be following COVID-19 Government advice for this event and we will put strict social distancing measures in place to ensure the safety of all participants.
If you have any queries, please contact the Fundraising Team at Fundraising@disability-challengers.org
Challenge yourself by climbing the 249 steps to see the beautiful views before bravely abseiling down the 160ft high Guildford Cathedral.
You can take part in this event as an individual or as a group. Abseilers will be going down in groups of 4 so this is a perfect event to do as a team building activity!
This is truly a fantastic event for people aged 8 and over where all the money raised goes towards Challengers!
Why abseil for #TeamOrange?
- You will receive one-to-one fundraising and training advice
- Get a well-deserved medal and certificate as a thank you for being our true abseiling hero
- Most importantly, you will be breaking down the barriers to play for all disabled children and young people in your community!
“An incredible, exhilarating experience! You really must do this – and a wonderful way to raise funds to support the young people that attend Challengers.” 2019 Guildford Abseil participant
