Information about the scheme

Come along to a Parent Meeting

We are running a Parent Meeting at this scheme on the 15th August from 4:30pm-6pm to say hello, catch up with families, find out what you think about this scheme and answer any questions you might have about Challengers in general. We hope you can come – download our handy calendar appointment to put in your iOS, Outlook or Google calendar. For further information, please give us a call on 01483 230 930.

Who can go?

Bookham Youthscheme is for disabled young people age 13-18.

What happens at Bookham Youthscheme?

There is a large outside space where young people can take part in games, enjoy visits from the mobile farm and get messy with big art projects. Trips out are great heading to Mercedes Benz World, Birdworld and The Living planet Centre.

Getting there

The entrance to the centre is on Lower Road, but parking facilities are located at the rear of Bookham Youth Centre.

How can my child join Bookham Youthscheme?

If you are a new parent, you will first need to register with Challengers. To do that, visit our Challengers booking website or call the booking line on 01483 230 939.

Dorking Juniors

If your child is between 13-14 years old, they can also come along to our pop-up Dorking Juniors scheme over the Summer Holidays. Check out the Dorking Summer Scheme page for further details.

My son really enjoys the activities provided and loves spending time with his friends away from home. I am happy knowing he is in safe hands
