After you book

Booking online

Once you’ve finished your booking you will be directed to a screen showing a summary of what you have just booked. At the bottom of this screen you will see a web order number. If you do not see this screen you have not completed your booking.

You will also receive a booking confirmation email from the Challengers Play & Leisure Team for the sessions that have been booked. This will contain your child’s name, scheme, activity, date, time and cost. Please check that you have received this confirmation email. If it has not arrived it may mean that your booking has not gone through. Contact the Play and Leisure Team on 01483 230 930 if this is the case.

Booking by phone
